I am running for City Council to be a voice for every single resident here in District 3. I decided to put my name on the ballot because I truly care about our home and our future. To me, that care is defined by five key pillars:

Charlie Brown is a dedicated community leader, advocate, and full-time Palm Springs resident committed to preserving the city’s unique character while building a stronger future for all residents. With more than 20 years of executive leadership experience, Charlie has successfully managed large teams, multi-million-dollar budgets, and complex organizations focused on serving people and strengthening communities.
Throughout his career, Charlie has been recognized for his ability to bring people together, solve problems, and deliver meaningful results. Locally, he is known for his community involvement, support of the arts, and efforts to keep Palm Springs clean, welcoming, and vibrant.
Charlie is running for City Council because he believes residents deserve leadership that is accessible, transparent, and focused on practical solutions. His priorities include housing affordability, public safety, economic development, neighborhood quality of life, and responsible fiscal stewardship.
Charlie believes that by working together, Palm Springs can continue to thrive for generations to come.
